Who we are

A trading house built for the critical points.

Established in 2021 in the Ajman Free Zone, REVA brings commercial solutions across the hydrocarbon sector. We began in commercial trading and are extending across the chain — upstream, downstream, multinational distribution and retail.

Our work is the relationship between a source and a buyer, held together under time pressure. The tools and the experience are there so that when an operation reaches a critical point, the answer arrives quickly and it holds.

How a deal with us actually runs.

Counterparty risk is the first thing any serious buyer prices. So here is the sequence in full, before you ask for it.

Step 01

Enquiry

You send product, quantity, delivery basis and target window. We confirm whether we can serve it — including when the answer is no.

Step 02

Offer & specification

A written offer naming origin, full specification, quantity tolerance, delivery basis and validity. Nothing material left verbal.

Step 03

Contract & documentation

Contract, KYC on both sides, and the payment instrument agreed before any cargo is nominated.

Step 04

Delivery & inspection

Independent inspection at load and discharge, with quality and quantity certificates issued to the contract.

Registration

Licensed in the Ajman Free Zone, United Arab Emirates. Licence and registration details go directly to counterparties on request. We do not publish them, because a published licence number is what impersonators copy.

Inspection

Quantity and quality determined by an independent inspector appointed at load and discharge.

Compliance

Counterparty and vessel screening against applicable sanctions lists before nomination.

Payment

Instruments agreed in contract. Terms confirmed per transaction, not assumed.
